Every founder in this catalog has at some point tried to explain themselves out loud: on a stage, in an interview, on a podcast recorded a decade after the decision was made. Read enough of it and the same shapes surface in people who never met, working in different industries and different decades. Personalities never repeat. Structures do.

Daniel Ek calls “finding yourself” the hardest single thing a founder does. This archive exists for that problem: a taxonomy of those structures, classified, cross-referenced, and cited back to the tape. Somewhere in the drawer is the pattern that already fits how a given builder works.
